Hello!

After removing secondshell I encountered a problem with the maximization of the windows. When I maximize a window it covers the taskbar. When I was maximizing a window before the taskbar was remaining visible.

How can I fix this problem?

What do you mean by removing?

The taskbar clearly should not be covered. Could you tell me
-your OS 
-screen resolution
-whether you are using more than one monitors
-and if your taskbar is on top or bottom?

Basically SecondShell checks all these and act accordingly, but I could not test it in too many variations of the above choices.
